Hi, I apologize for the long delay in response!
Here is screen-shot:
Image
and a link to a program:
http://aranea.name/cue_maker.rar
the main feature is using Winamp or Aimp to get playing time in milliseconds, that are calculated to frames, seconds and minutes, so, sound editors are not necessary
It was written in Delphi 6 in 20 minutes, and it's enough for me for making cue, so I almost not making any improvements
Ready to listen to your suggestions or to give a source-code =)
Thank you and good luck!

downloaded and tested... imho using a sound editor and then using cuegenerator.net is easier, faster, and is more flexible.

how good are you with coding GUIs?

well, lindmik, i would understand your exclamation if this program was named as "the coolest and fastest cue creator", but if it is "the simplest".. it is so! =)
as i said, the only this program is required to make cue during listening a new radio-show with winamp

press "Time" button when new track starts, paste "Performer" and "Title" data in the text-box and press "Add track" button. press "Save cue" button when you finish.
there are 3 buttons and 2 text-boxes, rest elements are only for your convenience

and you don't need SoundForge, CoolEdit or Adobe Audition, you don't need http://cuegenerator.net/, you don't need to use even Notepad, no 11 minutes of watching "How to make cue sheets" video and no 11 screen-shots on "Help making Cue Files or Cue Sheets"

frifox, you can see my coding GUIs skill on the first screen-shot :D
it's just a little hobby

Hello everyone. I think i have another alternative for making cue sheets. Its MP3DirectCut. With this program you are able to edit cue Indexes graphically.
Basically the workflow is as follows

1. Open the file you want to make a cuesheet for.
2. Remove any edit section (by pressing CTRL + R)
3. Press Play (Shortcut "SPACE")
4. Name the first playing title (shortcut CTRL + N)
5. at the point you want to split the file click "Set End" (Shortcut "n" on keyboard)
6. click "cut" (shortcut "c")
7. Name the second playing title (shortcut CTRL + N)
8. Repeat 5-7 until youre done

all this can be done while the file is playing. The Result you can save in native MP3DirectCut Format or cuesheet.

To manage and listen to your tracks within your cuesheets, look at "foobar2000". This Player can natively Play cuesheets and edit Title and Artist Information within it.
