Could we have the player continue while posting comments? ;)

Guess I'd have to learn some AJAX magic first...

Would be nice to have the SC player "docked" at the top of the site (though, it's kinda big and clumsy), so that you could browse CueNation while playing a set, while getting track change notification, and easily return to the tracklist page.

Well yes, I've already thought of something like that. It is possible by putting the current cuenation site inside an iframe and the parent window would do the playing. I can do it via the current Greasemonkey Javascript injection, but I think it would then be better if you add this directly on server side. That would also solve the problem of browser support.
When I'll have some time, I'll try to implement it from the current page source, but feel free to use my code, if you want to play yourself :P
And AJAX is not needed here I think, only communication between frames. And we can also implement some nice hiding effect for the big player like in the current version.

Any idea on an ETA for Chrome support?

I've noticed that lately the timecode links don't show up. Is it something that Firefox has changed, or did I mess something up in the HTML by mistake?

Nope, everything is fine with the HTML and Firefox. Soundcloud is messing up things - they seem not to support loading progress anymore. So I had to do a small workaround, though it seems, the widget just loads the whole track at once.
Anyway, I updated the script with v0.6.2.
And thanks for the bug report! :)

By the way, the "Tracklist formatting" feature at the bottom of every cue can mess up the playing. I'll try to resolve this in the next version.
Also, I think you can get rid of that 'Update' button. I think it would be also better if you just hide the length/trackindex element, and not remove it from the DOM.
Anyway, I'd like to have the track titles to be clickable when playing with the soundcloud widget.

Currently CueNation is quite script-free so this would be going in a new direction (welcome to the 21st century).

The splitting of the titles would require some more work, as it basically adds columns to the table, not just hides something.

Could be done like:
Code:
<td class="performertitle"><span>Artist</span><span> - </span><span>Title</span></td>

changed to:
Code:
<td class="performer">Artist</td><td>-</td><td class="title">Title</td>

Good news!
A new version of the player is available. New features: 1) Chrome support 2) Progress bar on each track
userscripts.org is down, so it's available from here: https://greasyfork.org/scripts/5811-cuenation-scplayer
For the next time I'll try to deal with the different tracklist layout versions...
Enjoy!
